Give yourself time to
- park (free parking)
-sign gym waiver (at front desk)
-change into workout clothes
Be on pool deck at 7PM
We paddle from 7:15-8:15
Wear shorts and a t-shirt.
Even though you will get wet right through, bathing suits are not recommended.
Bring a towel
We do work hard and you will need water.
Reusable water bottles are always prefered.
A yoga mat or a gardening knee pad is sometimes used to sit on. This is not required but some people find this more comfortable.-
It will get wet.
This is an exercise class. You will build your endurance and your strength while learning how to paddle efficiently with a team.
Be prepared to be coached and to do your best to adjust where needed.
This is a very fun sport.
Give it a try three consecutive times and you will be amazed how the movement comes together!
