Paddles and life jackets are provided. Life jackets fit 90 pounds and up

You should definitely bring a change of clothes and wear anything but cotton. Sandals or water shoes are good. As long as your footwear is fine to get wet.
Bring at least one bottle of water.

We hope that you choose to race. But we have many people on our team who choose to simply join us for practices.
Basically, we just need to know your intentions for the season.

Parking fees, potluck costs and occasionally travel costs. But we usually know ahead of time so teammates can plan for any extra expenses.

We have many people on our team who work shift work.
What we require is... a commitment at least 24 hours in advance. Ideally, a month long commitment is perfect.
Teammates re always able to check in on practice day to see if there is room.

Teammates will sign up to which race events they would like to participate in.
FIRM COMMITMENTS ARE NECESSARY HERE!
Once you sign up (via email or text) to an event you must attend four practices prior to that event.
(there are some exceptions made at the coaches discretion)
