Boat Practice Details
Boat Practice Registration.
Please understand that each transaction represents paperwork on our end.
Therefore, practices must be paid for one month at a time. Choose your practice dates wisely and mark them on your calendar. THERE ARE NO REFUNDS FOR MISSED PRACTICES
June Practices- payment due May 24
July Practices- payment due June 24
No cash payments unless paid one month in advance-- the 'cash' button on the registration page generally means e-transfer sent.

Location
All boat practices happen at Bayfront Park in Hamilton.. The address is 200 Harbour Front Drive.
We meet at a picnic table to the South side of the boat launch.
When
Starting May 6
--Mondays 5:45-7pm or 7:15-8:30pm
--Thursdays 5:45-7pm or 7:15-8:30pm
Last Monday Practice is Oct 7
Last Thursday Practice is Oct 10
What to wear
Dress according to the weather. Be comfortable. Dress in layers. Be prepared to get wet (it is a water sport) On your feet... sandals, crocs, running shoes...anything goes--as long as you do not mind them getting wet.
How to prepare
The day of practice- watch the FaceBook Group Page for updates.
Your practice should already be paid for via etransfer

-be ready to workout
Who can join
Anyone who is ready for a good workout and has a great attitude.
All ages (anyone between 10 and 16 years of age must have a parent on the boat participating)
All fitness levels welcome-- just be ready to commit to get more fit.
Please remember, we will have all ability levels on the boat. Patience, kindness and acceptance is expected from everyone and for everyone.
