    About Us

    On Water/Boat Practices

     Lively Dragon is on the water paddling every Monday and Thursday evenings at 5:45-7pm and 7:15-8:30
    You choose what works best for you and your team training.


    Commitment

    No matter how fit or not fit you are, we require that every teammate, in our Hamilton Dragon Boat Club, commit to get more fit. We ask that you keep an open mind and arrive ready to be coached and to receive lots of encouragement and team training.
