Pool Practice

Is open to all people from beginner to seasoned paddler who would like to improve their fitness level,

Start your spring training, work on paddling technique, get coaching, meet new friendly faces. Humm... after we burn of those calories we stop at the pool side restaurant/pub for a snack and a drink..very handy. Smile.. Can't have all work and no play.

Join us for a walk. Be inspired. 8 AM Saturday morning. Can you imagine!
 It is a beautiful time of day to walk

Bicycle Rides

Pedal, Pedal, Pedal.
Rides led by Norma & Shannon or Marian
Rides range in length from 20 to 50 km

Remember: helmet that fits required; bike in good working condition (ABC: air in tires, brakes working, chain / shifters running smooth); we follow the rules of the road and are polite to other trail and road users (let them know we are passing); no one gets left behind, although some may get ahead ;-)


Get Fit, Be Fit, Get Fitter

There are many gyms, boot camps and fitness groups that will welcome you  full time or part time. Strength training is great, endurance training ie. boot camps, spin classes, running are awesome. These will trim your waist while giving your whole body a tune up.
