Bicycle Rides

Pedal, Pedal, Pedal.
Rides range in length from 20 to 50 km

Remember: helmet that fits required; bike in good working condition (ABC: air in tires, brakes working, chain / shifters running smooth); we follow the rules of the road and are polite to other trail users (let them know we are passing); no one gets left behind, although some may get ahead ;-)
